Kinver Travel Centre Ltd. Terms of business
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy and any other written information brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with Kinver Travel Centre Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
2. Your contract
2.1. Your contract as an agent
When you make a booking with us, we act as an agent for the third-party supplier(s) (e.g., airline, hotel, tour operator). This means that your contract is with the supplier(s), and their terms and conditions apply. We accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the supplier(s) or for the services provided by them. Our responsibility is limited to making the booking according to your instructions.
3. Booking and payment
3.1. Making a booking
The lead name on the booking must be at least 18 years old and has the authority to accept these booking conditions on behalf of all persons in the party. A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation invoice.
3.2. Deposits and final payments
You must pay a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The balance of the payment is due [e.g., 12–16 weeks] before departure. If we do not receive the final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will lose your deposit.
3.3. Price accuracy
We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.
4. Your financial protection
All monies paid for package holidays are protected in case of insolvency. For flight-inclusive packages, this protection is provided by the suppliers ATOL license. For non-flight packages, this protection is also provided by the suppliers ATOL license. Single travel services are not typically covered by this protection.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested in writing by the lead name. Fees may apply, potentially up to 100% of the cost depending on when you cancel. We or our suppliers may also make changes; for significant changes to a package holiday, you may be offered alternatives, a refund, or a price reduction.

Taking out comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover potential costs like cancellations and medical expenses. It is essential for a cruise.
7. Passports, visas, and health requirements
Ensuring you meet all requirements for passports, visas, and health for your destination is your responsibility.
8. Our liability
For package holidays, the supplier is liable for the proper performance of the services unless the issue is due to your fault, a third party, or unavoidable circumstances. When acting as an agent, our liability is limited to our own negligence in making the booking.
9. Complaints procedure
Report any problems during your holiday to the supplier immediately and contact us upon return if unresolved.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by English law, though residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland can choose their respective laws and jurisdictions.
11. Data protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and may be shared with suppliers to complete your booking.
